When you are in China, you must try Exoticism Noodle Set. Very Exotic, although a little bit salty.

We went to a restaurant las night where all the dishes are on display. You point at what you like, and blam…fish guts soup direct to your table.

Looks were definitely deceiving on this dish, which looked like a big bowl of slimy diarrhea. It was some sort of sweet rice porridge that was pretty good. According to our hosts, this dish is favorable in the winter because of its dark color.

Thats the chili oil that was left over from the tiniest bit of chicken that made my mouth happy, and my guts very angry.
